Create, cut, and edit short video clips to enhance social media engagement.
Host live sessions to interact with followers and showcase products in real time.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing strategies.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Assist in designing basic graphics and content using tools such as Canva.
Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors to boost brand visibility.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media channels.
