Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube), ensuring brand consistency and engagement. This includes content planning, scheduling, and community management. You will be
savvy with the latest social media updates
, adapting strategies to leverage new features and algorithm changes for maximum reach and impact. Plan and schedule content that aligns with brand objectives and audience interests.
Community Management:
Actively engage in community management by monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and fostering a positive brand presence.
Website Content Oversight:
Manage and update website content, ensuring it's fresh, accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligns with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
KOL & Influencer Research:
Identify, research, and vet potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who align with our brand values and target audience for collaborative campaigns.
Content Creation:
Support the content team on ideas generation by providing trends and insights. Evaluate and challenge creative concepts to ensure they are designed to drive engagement and reach.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Meticulously monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and website content using analytics tools. You'll generate detailed, accurate reports and provide
creative, data-driven insights
to optimize future strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Trend Monitoring:
Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective. Monitor social media performance metrics, including follower growth and engagement rates, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with account servicing, design team, sales, and product teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience
in a content creation or digital marketing role, with a strong focus on social media and website management.
Demonstrable expertise in managing multiple social media platforms and driving audience engagement.
Proven experience in content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content.
Experience with KOL/influencer identification and outreach is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
A meticulous approach to data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and creative recommendations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
Knowledge of Supermetrics and Looker Studio will be considered a significant bonus.
Experience working with diverse regional markets (e.g., across Southeast Asia, APAC) will also be a strong advantage.
