Client Background: A Fast-Growing boutique digital marketing service provider that works hand-in-hand with client\'s to grow and transform their business and brand. Creating custom strategies for each of clients based on their industry, needs and goals. Services include content marketing, email marketing, PPC, SEO, social media marketing and web design.

Position: Social Media Executive

Tenure: Permanent (Mon-Fri) 9am-6pm

Remuneration: subject to experiences



Understanding project requirements and ideas.

Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.

Management, planning, and execution of client\'s social media platforms, across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, follow growth and engagement performance through both organic and paid marketing.

Create and review organic social and video content, as well as social campaigns, ensuring traffic and growth targets are met.

Implement and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms when necessary and ability to navigate Ads Manager and optimize campaigns effectively.

Monitor, engage with comments and reactions and grow online communities through best-practice community management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing.

Organized and able to work with multiple projects at once.

Job Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising or any relevant field

At least 2 years working experience in social media marketing with proven track record in growing and retaining social audiences.

Proficient in multiple social media platforms generally but specifically Facebook and Instagram

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Knowledge of the latest social media trends and an avid user of social media

Strong hands-on experience across of key tools including Facebook Business, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc

Paid social experience - specifically optimizing CPCs, lead generation and audience retargeting

Experience with influencer marketing a plus

Strong command of English (reading, writing and communication skills).
