• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong interest in food, agriculture, or manufacturing sectors.
• Basic photo/video editing and copywriting skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a factory/production environment.

A. Digital Presence Development
- Set up, design, and manage official company social media pages.
- Work with internal teams and external developers to complete the company website, ensuring IT accurately reflects the company's profile, products, and operations.
- Upload product descriptions, photos, and key company information to both website and social media platforms.
B. Content Creation
- Plan and produce visual and written content.
- Capture photos or short clips in-house and edit them into engaging posts.
C. Marketing & Awareness Building
- Design and execute basic online campaigns to raise awareness about the company.
- Develop marketing strategies and support Sales Department in preparing marketing materials, brochures, or presentation visuals when required.
D. Engagement & Lead Handling
- Monitor inquiries and comments received via social media or the website; escalate sales leads to Sales Department.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and informative tone in all responses.
E. Monitoring & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (followers, engagement, reach, inquiries).
- Prepare a monthly summary report for management outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Suggest strategies to increase visibility.
F. Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with the Sales, Quality Assurance and Production teams to ensure accuracy of product information before posting.
