Possess at least a Diploma or higher education; candidates with backgrounds in Advertising, Journalism, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or Marketing are preferred.
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience are preferred.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous.
Positive and proactive attitude, enthusiastic about collaborative teamwork.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Ability to analyze, think critically, and solve problems.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and monitoring content and operations on social media platforms: Improve, implement, or update social media posting channels related to current activities, image libraries, comments, etc.
Customer Consultation: Respond to comments, direct messages, etc.
Customer Data Management: Research and analyze customer needs, market conditions, and competitor data on social media channels.
Managing User Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with account followers.
Coordinate and Collaborate with the Company Team: Willing to learn and be a positive team collaborator.
Assist in Company or Client Marketing and Promotional Activities.
