About the role This role will be based in Malaysia and report to the Senior Campaign Manager, Campaigns Team This is a full-time hybrid internship role with flexibility for some remote work. This internship is your chance to learn, grow, and actively contribute to our social and content strategy. The primary role will be creating social media content for specific regions, contributing to our client\'s local and global presence:- Responsible for social media content including planning, and execution of copywriting, graphic design, and video production. Brainstorm social media content to be part of a content publishing strategy and seasonal marketing efforts. Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that align with the brand\'s identity and message. Write compelling and concise captions, headlines, and descriptions to accompany the visual content. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms to inform content creation. Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner Monitor KOL posts and re-share on the brand\'s social media accounts Assist in managing contests and promotions Assist in monitoring and preparing data for monthly reporting. Assist in creating any relevant task in the campaigns team. What are we looking for Basic photo shooting and video shooting skills to create original visual content. Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate effectively in a team. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar. Proficiency in using and managing social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels. Willing to commit a minimum 3 months, 6 months preferred. Strong proficiency in English essential (oral and written), Mandarin is an added advantage.
