We are looking for a driven Social Media Intern (Fashion & Beauty) to join the Malaysia team in support of Marketplace growth. The intern will be responsible for supporting the team in brainstorming and implementing business & social media content strategies to grow VIPSHOP. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Community lead to create and implement campaigns
• Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for brands.
• Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks.
• Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience\'s behaviour
• Selecting appealing images and videos to complement text
• Assist in social media shooting (Shooting sessions may take place on Saturdays, subject to videographers\' availability).
• Collaborate with different team departments and other cross-functional teams for campaign execution and optimization
• Analyze performance of ongoing and past projects to provide insights for future campaigns
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Strong interest and familiarity in the Fashion & Beauty Industry (Clothing, Skincare, Bags etc.).
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communication, Fashion or a related field).
• Able to communicate fluently and not camera shy.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu (RED) & Lemon8 platforms, including a strong understanding of their content formats, trends, and user behaviour.
• Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and developments.
• Proficiency in basic video editing tools and software (\xe5\x89\xaa\xe5\xbd\xb1, Capcut & Canva).
• Full professional proficiency in English. Well versed in Mandarin would be a plus
• Duration: Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months
