• Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media value adds to a business/brand
• Have the entrepreneurial in your approach and savvy value-added thinker
• Industry knowledge: Web 2.0 and social media related platforms, technologies, applications, development and challenges
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with high degree of confidentiality
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practises
• Energetic, digital savvy and in tune with a wide variety of social media activities and opportunities (ie: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, XHS, etc)
• Possess knowledge of social media tools (ie: SEO, SEM, etc)

Responsibilities

• Plan, Create & manage content for all social media platform (facebook, instagram, tiktok, threads, telegram etc) - Develop and maintain content calendar of engaging campaign to ensure consistent posting and products/services promotion on all social media platforms - Respond to comment, messages, reviews and general inquiries from followers - Analyze social media analytics and generate assesment report accordingly - Stay updated to all social media trends to creat relevant and engaging content
• Marketing - Collabraging with sales & marketing team to allign strategies, plan and execute social media campaigns - Manage paid advertisement - Prepare performance reports for all social media campaigns
• Design - Create visual content such as graphic posters and social media short videos using design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut etc) - Produce creative content and ensure all design adhere to company guidelines, marketing strategies and current trends - Propose visual ideas for new campaigns or promotions
