Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness across social media channels.
- Manage social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube) by creating, scheduling, and publishing content.
- Create and curate engaging content (including text, image, and video) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and style.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize content and strategy accordingly.
- Engage with our followers and audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Malay.
- Any level of experience in social media management and content creation are welcomed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and publishing tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passionate about social media, marketing, and storytelling.
