Job Description

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, promotions, and brand goals. Monitor social media trends, engagement insights, and competitors to identify opportunities. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and performance tracking.

2. Content Creation

Create engaging and brand-aligned content -- static posts, short videos, reels, and stories. Write compelling captions and taglines that reflect the brand's voice and tone. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for campaign shoots. Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and styles on TikTok & Reels.

3. Community Engagement

Respond to followers' messages, comments, and inquiries promptly. Build and maintain an active online community. Engage with influencers, partners, and user-generated content to boost visibility.

4. Performance & Reporting

Track and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance. Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Optimize strategies based on analytics and audience behavior.

We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Proven experience managing social media platforms and content creation. Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools. Strong copywriting skills with a good eye for visuals and detail. Passionate about digital trends, creative storytelling, and brand aesthetics. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
