The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and well-versed with social media trends especially on TikTok and enjoys managing content from idea to posting while coordinating with clients and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) for multiple clients.
Plan and prepare monthly content calendars.
Coordinate with designers, producers, and talents to create engaging content.
Write captions and ensure content aligns with each brand's tone and objective.
Stay updated with current TikTok and Meta trends, sounds, and viral content.
Liaise with clients for content approvals, feedback, and updates.
Ensure all content is posted on schedule.
Prepare monthly performance reports.
Occasionally assist during video shoots or live sessions.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Proficient in
Canva
(graphics) and
CapCut
(video editing).
Creative, organized, and able to multitask across multiple brands.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malayu and English.
Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
