Job Description

You will lead the social media strategy, manage pages, plan content, engage with audiences, and boost performance through creative campaigns and paid ads. You'll also work alongside our cool & fun writers to bring fresh, scroll-stopping content to life. This job is gonna be fun giving you the opportunity to work in multiple industries and attending events.

Responsibilities:

Plan & manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS Schedule and post content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or Later Coordinate with designers and the rest of the team to publish visually strong and on-brand content Write engaging, witty, and audience-relevant captions Handle DMs, comments, and online customer engagement Run Meta Boost campaigns (with given client budgets), track and report ad performance Analyze page insights and make content/strategy adjustments Pitch in fun creative content (Reels, Stories, BTS, UGC-style) Stay updated on trends, meme culture, and local industry happenings (scrolling is a job) Be able to edit videos and basic contents iPhone 12 & above is preferred

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation (agency or brand) Strong knowledge of Meta (IG/FB) platforms and tools Experience with Meta Ads (boosting or Business Manager) Excellent English writing and captioning skills (mandarin is a must) Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple client pages Canva/ CapCut/ Adobe able to edit videos and content Creative thinker and trendspotter who can adapt quickly Team player with good communication and responsibility

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
