Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Write clear, compelling copy for various channels including websites, social media, ads, press releases, and more.
Assist in the ideation and creation of visual and video content tailored for social media.
Design and organise visual layouts of content calendars, brand storytelling assets, and promotional materials.
Continuously generate fresh, high-performing content ideas and campaign concepts that drive engagement and brand affinity.
Brand Voice & Copywriting
Maintain and develop the brand's tone of voice across all communication materials.
Review and refine content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Craft marketing copy for online and offline materials -- from captions to campaign headlines -- ensuring creative cohesion across all platforms.
Research & Strategy
Conduct in-depth research to understand target audiences, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
Analyse content performance (including second-by-second engagement) to uncover why content works -- or doesn't -- and use these insights to guide future strategies.
Study virality factors, trending formats, and competitor performance to keep Innersejuk ahead of the curve.
Translate data into actionable recommendations that enhance social media performance and campaign outcomes.
Social Media Management
Plan, create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major social media platforms.
Strategically determine optimal posting times to maximise visibility, reach, and engagement.
Actively monitor platforms, respond to audience interactions, and nurture community engagement.
Ensure all content aligns with brand objectives, visual guidelines, and campaign timelines.
Marketing Process Optimisation
Assist in mapping and refining end-to-end marketing workflows -- from research and planning to execution and analysis.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to streamline content creation, campaign rollout, and reporting.
Maintain a detailed marketing calendar that aligns with product launches and key brand moments.
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide improvement suggestions based on data insights.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the marketing, design, and branding teams -- as well as photographers, videographers, and vendors -- to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Receive briefs, respond constructively to feedback, and revise deliverables promptly and professionally.
Support cross-functional projects that require creative input and storytelling direction.
Who We're Looking For
Malaysian citizen.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Mass Comm, Journalism, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (fresh grads are welcome if you're sharp, creative, and proactive).
Excellent command of
English and Bahasa Malaysia
(spoken and written).
Strong creative instincts backed by analytical thinking -- you love to know whythings work.
Skilled in social media strategy, trend analysis, and storytelling.
Organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Familiar with tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Canva, or Notion.
