Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated social media manager with a background in Computer Studies, IT, Business, or related fields to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage our digital presence, create engaging promotional content, and support both online and offline marketing campaigns. This role may involve occasional travel for marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the clinic's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Create engaging posts, graphics, and short videos to attract and retain customers

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows

Monitor marketing trends, customer preferences, and competitors to enhance brand visibility

Coordinate with the internal team to promote packages, seasonal offers, and clinic events

Ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms

Contribute to increased enquiries, patient walk-ins, and brand engagement

Demonstrate creativity and initiative in developing new marketing ideas

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth in social media followers and engagement rate

Successful execution of marketing campaigns and events

Positive contribution to patient enquiries and clinic visits

Creativity in introducing and implementing new marketing strategies

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Studies, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in social media management and content creation preferred

Fresh graduates with relevant background are encouraged to apply

Willingness to travel when required for marketing activities

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM 1,800 - RM 2,500 (depending on experience)

Allowance: Based on performance and contribution
