Requirements

• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience or knowledge in media production, including photography and videography.
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and original content for various social media channels.
• Basic video editing skills to create short, impactful videos for social media.
• Solid understanding of social media management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging content, including text, image, and video, tailored for various social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across all relevant channels.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Assist in media production, including video editing and content creation.
• Work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.
