We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Foodie Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Foodie Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media campaigns for our clients in the food and beverage industry. Your expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, XHS and Tik Tok will be essential in driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition. Key Qualities 1. Social Media Expertise: Proficient in managing diverse social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS), crafting engaging content, and boosting audience engagement. 2. F&B Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of F&B trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Knowledge of restaurant operations and culinary trends to support effective marketing strategies. 3. Content Creation and Copywriting: Skilled in writing persuasive copy, creating compelling visuals, and multimedia content editing. Strong aesthetic sense for appealing social media posts. 4. Digital Marketing Skills: Solid foundation in SEO, email marketing, paid advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads), with proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and content scheduling platforms. 5. Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and engage the target audience uniquely. 6. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for clear and engaging content creation and customer interaction. 7. Analytical Mindset: Capable of analyzing social media metrics, tracking campaign performance, and deriving insights to refine strategies. 8. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement for our clients in the F&B industry. Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTokand XHS. Create and curate engaging content that aligns with client objectives, utilizing exceptional copywriting skills and eye-catching visuals. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform campaign optimization and content creation. Implement effective social media advertising campaigns using Ads Manager to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive brand image. Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital marketing. Qualifications Proficiency in many social media platforms Fluency in Canva, Adobe Softwares, CapCut, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
