Job Description


  • Education: A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications or additional coursework in social media marketing are also advantageous.
  • Experience: Min of 5 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles is highly desirable. Candidates should have a strong track record of managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing successful social media campaigns. Experience with analytics tools and social media management platforms is also beneficial.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools to track performance and measure results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
  • Strong grasp of social media best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and content marketing principles.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with the organization\'s marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Manage and maintain the organization\'s presence on various social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling and shareable social media content (text, images, videos, etc.) that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions relevant to the organization and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and reviews.
  • Utilize social media management and analytics tools to measure performance, track KPIs, and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative approaches into social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media channels.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct social listening and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, track industry trends, and benchmark against competitors.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to social media marketing and ensure compliance.
  • Keep an eye on user-generated content and facilitate user-generated content campaigns to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Monitor social media metrics, generate reports, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
