Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions relevant to the organization and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and reviews.
Utilize social media management and analytics tools to measure performance, track KPIs, and generate reports with actionable insights.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to incorporate innovative approaches into social media strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media channels.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization.
