Stickerrific is a stationery and art supply store located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor dedicated to providing unique and wholesome stationeries, journals and art supplies from all over the world to our customers. Our social media presence is extremely important to us as it is here that we are able to share our stories and we\'re looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join us where you will play a pivotal role is shaping our brand\'s online identity and community. Our methods is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms namely Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We believe in providing genuine value to our customers, while fostering genuine and meaningful relationships within the community. Responsibilities Designing visual assets/posters to support sale campaigns, giveaways, workshops, events, in store activities and more Plan, shoot and edit photos and videos of cat content, stationery and art product showcase, reviews, demos, unboxing and tutorials. Creative photography for products either for website use, marketing, newsletters and social media Develop and maintain the organisation\'s social media platforms, ensuring that they are up-to-date, engaging, and consistent with the organisation\'s branding. Respond thoughtfully and promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer service. Act as a point of contact for external inquiries (made via social media) and redirect them to the relevant departments or team members when necessary. Manage files and media to ensure they are properly organized, labeled, and backed up. To support in coordinating and executing marketing plans and product launches in accordance to brand\'s voice Assist in proposing product campaigns and marketing strategies Assist in analysing market needs Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field Proficiency in social media platforms to create short-form video content (such as reels, TikTok, and Youtube Shorts) Wordsmith skills (bonus points if you\'re punny) in English - written and spoken (extremely important!), Mandarin if possible. Preference in coming up with designs revolving around local Malaysian themes and cute animals (cats mainly) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva. Video editing: Able to produce, and edit short videos and reels using apps/software such as Final Cut Pro or CapCut Creative and innovative: You must be creative and able to come up with innovative design ideas that align with the brand message. Detail-oriented: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce high-quality work that meets company standards and perform well under deadlines. Positive attitude: You must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, and be able to work collaboratively with the team.
