PLEASE READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING : As the Social Media Manager at , you will play a vital role in crafting and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We are looking for a passionate individual with a flair for social media content creation, graphic design skills, and excellent communication abilities in English. If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, and not camera shy, you could be the ideal candidate for this role. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost our brand awareness, engage with our audience, build organic growth and increase user acquisition. Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including images, videos, stories, and captions. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance our social media posts. Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community by actively responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content. Encourage meaningful interactions with our audience. Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar that aligns with company goals and marketing campaigns. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance using metrics and insights to make data-driven improvements. Live Events: Host and participate in live events, webinars, and interviews to engage with our audience and promote our brand. Collaborations:Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to expand our reach and influence in the Ed-Tech sector. Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to legal and platform-specific guidelines, maintaining a professional and positive online presence. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the Ed-Tech or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a keen understanding of platform trends and algorithms.
  • Strong graphic design skills and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Outgoing personality with confidence in front of the camera for live events and video content.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
  • Must have impeccable team communication skills (responds swiftly via mobile, quick turnover on email, clarified and ask questions as needed but still highly independent)
  • Must be fully fluent in colloquial western style (ie. American or British) English.
  • Ideally has international study/work experience.
  • Is able to be both a content creator, editor, as well as a project manager for social media.
  • Ideally is PMP or PMI certified (or similar)
  • Fluent with AI and technology aids for social media creation and scheduling
  • Must have iPhone/Android high spec phone to be able to see content from audience perspective.
  • Is able to work across multiple time zones, predominantly GCC (ie. UAE and KSA) and Sydney times
  • Preferably Fluent in Arabic and/or other major languages.
