We\'re looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER that is experienced in the creative or advertising industry who is excited to take that next step to see what\'s truly possible. What\'s it like to be in this role Work together with our Content Strategist and Content writers, managing every stage of the creative process from setting goals and developing campaign/ content concepts , creating content calendars, executing the strategy and writing post-campaign analysis/reports. Develop and implement impactful social media marketing plans (audience targeting, objectives, and analytics) to grow brand presence across all social media channels Collaborate and lead the content and creative team to execute effective and exciting social media content for brands. Manage social platforms with social management tools such as Sprout Social. Analyse a brand\'s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements Identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution to mitigate issues. What does it take Minimum 3 years\' experience in a digital agency or social media manager role. Experienced in giving valuable insights and feedback on digital creative assets. Experienced in building digital campaigns. Superior time management and detailed-oriented. Excellent spoken and written (Malay language is a bonus) Social media copywriting skills are a bonus.
