Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field for this position. Fresh grads are welcome to apply as well.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS and other relevant platforms).
• Basic knowledge of online advertising.
• Able to create basic designs on Canva/ Adobe
• Strong and effective communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as the ability to collaborate across different departments.
• Creative and innovative.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English

• Produce quality content for social media such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS and other relevant platforms (Social media content is a priority).
• Creative and able to generate own ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and development.
• Measuring and monitoring company website and social media traffic statistics.
• Content writing and planning social media calendars.
• Using social media to engage customers, respond to questions or complaints and actively promote the company.
• Update website, social media and content pages regularly to maintain a visible online brand presence.
• Able to take simple videos, IG story, and IG reel
• Strong attention to detail and able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-task and solve problems.
• Creative in copywriting and proofreading before publication.
