F&B Content Creation & Storytelling
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, restaurant ambiance, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Conceptualize creative campaigns, such as menu highlights, recipe showcases, chef introductions, seasonal promotions, and lifestyle dining content.
Produce trending short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) showcasing food preparation, plating, customer experiences, and dining aesthetics.
Write engaging captions, taglines, and copy that reflect the brand's personality and resonate with food-loving audiences.
Maintain a consistent visual brand identity that highlights the uniqueness of the F&B offerings.
Community Engagement & Customer Experience
Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
Encourage and share user-generated content (UGC), customer feedback, and influencer collaborations.
Develop creative online campaigns (e.g., food challenges, giveaways, polls, Q&A sessions) to boost customer engagement.
Campaigns, Analytics & Optimization
Plan and execute digital campaigns for new menu launches, promotions, events, and seasonal offerings.
Manage paid social media ads to maximize reach and conversions (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads).
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and sales conversions, and prepare monthly reports.
Research F&B social media trends, competitor campaigns, and food content styles to continuously improve strategies.
Collaboration & Marketing Support
Work with chefs, kitchen teams, and service staff to capture authentic and engaging F&B content.
Liaise with external creatives (photographers, videographers, influencers, food bloggers) when necessary.
Support the marketing team in designing digital menus, posters, flyers, and event materials.
Assist in live coverage of events, tastings, promotions, and special launches.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and content creation (experience in F&B industry preferred).
Skilled in
food photography, videography, and editing tools
(Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and F&B digital marketing practices.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audience tones.
Creative, proactive, and passionate about food, dining trends, and digital storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Willing and able to work in a non-halal restaurant environment, including handling and creating content featuring pork, alcohol, and other non-halal items.
