Responsibilities
Responsible to build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Develop and implement SEO strategies for the company website / digital platform; this includes benchmarking, competitive research
Responsible for the creation, implementation and adaptation of design solution across digital platforms
Plan, manage and execute quality & innovative social media, website and e-commerce platform content to promote the brand
A solid portfolio that demonstrates strong design skill and describes your process
Able to source and identify new digital channels / social media trends to expand Celgen\'s branding mileage, reach out to new prospects and generate new leads for the sales
Responsible for product branding and all forms of graphic designs, video creativity and online marketing postings for company website, social media and/or any electronic media of the company
Able to analyze statistic / results and monitoring performance
Able to work independently to think of new promotional ideas
Manage annual digital marketing budget according company\'s strategy across channels to optimize the traffic performance and sales generation
Responsible for handling customer comments, check-ins and direct messages within our agreed response time across all digital marketing
Develop concepts and design artworks for corporate designs, company profile, advertisements, brochures, flyers, catalogues, internet images, banners etc
You will be given opportunities to develop designs from our original content and concepts of digital platform for effective communication
Assist the Operation Manager in developing business, marketing and promotional plans for services and events.
Assist the Operation Manager in preparing sales materials, marketing information and when appropriate in the presentation of said materials.
Other work as assigned based on the project and company needs.
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
