Develop engaging and visually appealing content (static posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, LinkedIn).
Work with designers and content teams to produce brand-aligned social media assets.
Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms.
Community Management
Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Monitor user-generated content and actively foster a positive, inclusive brand community.
Manage relationships with micro and macro influencers in partnership with PR.
Social Strategy & Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for new product launches, promos, and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to amplify campaign messages through social content.
Identify opportunities for viral trends, challenges, and influencer collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, etc.) across platforms.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights to inform content strategy.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging trends to optimize strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle.
Strong understanding of content trends, audience behaviors, and platform best practices.
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, Buffer/Later, or other scheduling tools.
Creative eye for aesthetics, tone, and storytelling -- with a passion for skincare and beauty.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and organization skills.
