Job Description

We are looking for a witty and strategic marketing executive to oversee our company\'s presence on various marketing and media platforms. The marketing executive should create captivating content, be able to analyze feedbacks and is able to strike a delicate balance between publishing frequent outputs and maintaining consumers\' interest. Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient marketing strategies.
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions such as proposals, brochures, flyers, website material etc by creating written pieces that are interesting to enable readers to take action.
• Optimizing content for videos, photos & publications across various social media sites.
• Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
• Monitoring users\' engagement with and feedback on every post. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of social media performance & publications.
• Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
• Remaining abreast of changes to all relevant social media applications.
• Schedule marketing outings to boost and open doors for the sales team.
• Develop & conduct presentations whenever required by the management.
• Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline.
• Any other tasks as requested by the Management.

Requirements:

• A degree in digital marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a MARKETING executive.
• Extensive knowledge of all leading social media sites including their algorithms. Familiar with social media & web analytics.
• An in-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
• Ability to create persuasive texts.
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Knowledge of engagement social media metrics.
• An appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
• Great presentation skills.
• Excellent communication & people skills.
• Fluency in the English language is a MUST & proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is also preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
