Job Responsibilities Proactively engaging with fans and the community in Telegram & Whatsapp to foster strong relationships and brand advocacy. Develop social media campaigns and manage accounts on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, and other related social media accounts. Manage the company\'s social media channels and website, including creating and scheduling engaging, relevant, and creative content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and new digital technologies. Monitor online conversations and consumer comments, including those from competitors, to identify the latest trends, best digital practices, new business opportunities, or areas for improvement. Work closely and brainstorm on the latest social media best practices and develop out-of-the-box campaigns. Analyze social media presences, including digital advertising spend, and consumer feedback to provide reports on performance and recommendations. Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in market research, product development, and inventory management. Open for Fresh Graduates. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in copywriting and content creation. Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. Good proficiency in Mandarin and English.
