We're Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Executive (Beauty Industry)

We're a growing beauty brand looking for a creative & driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team. If you love all things beauty, content creation, and social media trends - this role is for you!

Job Scope:

1. Content Creation - Plan, shoot, edit & publish engaging beauty - related content (photo, video, Instagram post, Reels, Tiktok, Fb etc)

2. Social Media Marketing -- Execute content calendars, ads & strategies across platforms.

3. Campaign & Promo Support - Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns & promotional activities.

4. Influencer & KOL Engagement - Identify, connect & manage collaborations with beauty influencers.

5. Community Management - Build strong engagement with our audience, reply to comments & DMs, and nurture loyal followers.

6. Insight, Trend & Reporting - Track performance, analyze data, and stay updated on beauty & social trends.

Bonus if you:

Have prior experience in beauty, social media, or digital marketing. Are familiar with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Canva). Are skilled with photography/videography (DSLR/mirrorless camera is a big plus). Understand what makes people save, share, and follow content. Are naturally curious about content strategy, user behavior & conversions.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
