Job Description

• Must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or Similar
• Ability to handle multiple pages/account at the same time
• Familiar with Google, Facebook, Business Manager, Advertising Manager and etc.
• Familiar with e-commerce business, online business is a bonus.
• Good written and spoken language commands in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (compulsory)
• Required skills: Content Writing, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media.
• Skills in photography, videography, video editing, copy writing is an added advantage
• Familiar with software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an added advantage
• A hardworking person with strong self-discipline, proactive, creative, and capable to lead.

• Work with marketing staff, graphics designers to create strong digital marketing campaigns.
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
• Responsible for the day to day running of all campaign, posting or advertising in social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok etc.)
• Planning and coordinating of activity across social media channels to expand our social media audiences base
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• To assist / conduct photo and video shoots for the company\'s social media posting.
• Research and monitor social media activities of competitors
• Manage, monitor & respond to social media audiences
• Update & maintain company\'s websites
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc)
• Any related duties as and when assigned from time to time.
