Requirements

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR
• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role. Graphic design experience is a must.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Writing Skills: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to convey brand messages effectively and creatively.
• Creativity: A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling; ability to come up with innovative content ideas.
• Data-Driven: Familiarity with social media analytics and experience using insights to improve performance.
• Adaptability: Ability to keep up with trends and adjust strategies as needed.Preferred Skills:
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience with social media advertising
• Strong understanding of brand building on social platforms

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook,Website).
• Content Creation: Design graphics, images, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets for posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns that align with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback on social platforms to build and maintain a strong online community.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, values, and visual identity.
