• Content Creation: Create high-quality and compelling content for social media platforms that align with the brand\'s voice and values
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with the brand\'s social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Social Listening and Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
