• Understanding of social media marketing concepts
• Knowledge of web analytics tools
• Content and creative writing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages.

Tanggungjawab

• Strategy Development: Develop social media marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring. Develop engaging and shareable content such as posts, videos, images, and infographics.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality and compelling content for social media platforms that align with the brand\'s voice and values
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with the brand\'s social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Social Listening and Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in social media marketing. Continuously explore new opportunities, tools, and features to enhance the brand\'s social media presence.
