After all, home is where the heart is. Responsibilities Produce a social media calendar with relevant content pillars. Content planning, shooting, and producing for social media. (Instagram & TikTok) Regularly monitors and measures content performance. Work closely with the founder to improve the quality of work. Share performance reports weekly basis. Research and spot emerging trends on social media and able to execute them quickly. Coordinates all steps of the content development process from ideation to development and distribution. Qualifications A fun and creative mind. Generally passionate about creating engaging content and able to resonate with consumer\'s needs. Independent and great time management. Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok best practices, publishing and algorithms. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Good understanding of social media KPIs Excellent multi-tasking skills Great leadership skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
