Job Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and organized Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence across various social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our values, and helping us connect with current and prospective parents.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the school's vision and goals Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) Manage and grow the school's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote school events, enrollment, and achievements Monitor analytics and performance, and adjust strategies accordingly Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency General Marketing Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and WhatsApp broadcasts (if needed). Assist in growing the customer database through lead generation activities. Coordinate with influencers or KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for collaborations or campaigns. Collaborate with the design, sales, and management teams to meet marketing goals. Stay updated with trends and apply them creatively to the brand's marketing approach. Perform any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as instructed by management. Ensure a positive, organized, and productive working environment at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong understanding of Islamic values and ability to represent them appropriately in content Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc. Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus Passion for education and working with early childhood brands is an advantage
