  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, comments, and concerns related to our live streaming sessions and products.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordinating logistics, and maintaining documentation for live streaming events.
  • Collaborate closely with the live broadcasting team to ensure the smooth execution of live streaming sessions.
  • Support packaging and shipping processes, ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders and timely delivery to customers.
  • Monitor and moderate live chat and comments during broadcasts to maintain a positive and engaging environment for viewers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Compile and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and enhancement of our live streaming experiences.
  • Assist in post-event analysis, including gathering metrics and insights to evaluate the impact of live streaming events.
  • Work closely with the social media broadcaster hosts to ensure their technical and logistical needs are met during live broadcasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our live streaming initiatives.
