• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok etc.)
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Cap Cut, etc.)
• Strong creativity and content creation skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics
• Up to date with social media trends and digital marketing strategies
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Regularly update and manage social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brand image.
• Content Creation: Plan and create social media posts to attract and retain audience engagement.
• Community Management: Maintain brand-audience relationships by responding promptly to comments, messages, and feedback, fostering an active online community.
• Advertising & Promotion: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to enhance brand exposure and achieve marketing goals.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Regularly analyze social media performance metrics (such as engagement rate and click-through rate) and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Crisis Management: Monitor platform activities and report any emergencies or crises to management immediately while taking appropriate actions to safeguard the brand's reputation.
• Competitor Analysis: Track and analyze competitors' social media strategies, identify market trends, and provide improvement suggestions.
