Performance Marketer focuses on driving measurable results like views, engagement, clicks, leads, and sales through data-driven digital marketing strategies. They design, implement, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, and SEO, constantly analyzing data to improve performance and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities of a Performance Marketer:

Campaign Design and Execution:

Develop and implement targeted digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and more.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.

KPI Tracking and Reporting:

Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress towards goals, often using tools like Google Analytics.

Budget Management:

Allocate and manage the marketing budget for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration:

Work with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad visuals and copy, and collaborate with sales and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.

Testing and Innovation:

Continuously test and implement new strategies and platforms to reach potential customers effectively and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Skills Required:

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Digital Marketing Expertise:

Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO.

Data Analysis Skills:

Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to track and measure campaign performance.

Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Project Management Skills:

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creative Thinking:

Ability to develop creative and engaging ad copy and visuals.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and solve problems that may arise during campaign execution.

Demonstrable Good Judgement:

Ablity to make good decisions based on understanding WHY something is done/needs to be done a certain way
Office Details:

Standard hours is Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. Depending on the campaign, you may be required to work outside the standard hours/working days. Drive to office: Easily accessible from Federal Highway , Cheras Highway E37 and Jalan Klang Lama. Parking RM1 per hour.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
