Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for a Social Media Communications & PR Lead to drive thought-leadership PR and through the funnel activities on Social Media with a strong focus on growing our brand and corporate identity.
This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional requiring you to work closely with vendors, regional and local teams including PR, social, brand, analytics, content, digital, sales and customer care.
-Grow and expand our social media presence on existing and new platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok & another social media platform
-Differentiating our social presence and creating more engaged and authentic content that would drive engagement and organic followers.
-Plan and execute Social Media strategy through competitor research, platform tacticals, tone of voice, audience segmentation and targeting.
-Plan a social content calendar \xe2\x80\x93 including, content ideation, implementation, and community management.
-Continuously improve the Social Media strategy by analysing engagement insights and introduce industry best practices across channels.
-Craft compelling content and experiments across diverse and emerging Social platforms.
-Ensures social media campaigns and content are on-brand and aligned with country business strategy by working with various cross functional teams
-Develop, conceptualise and coordinate our PR strategies to grow and sustain the company\xe2\x80\x99s Share of Voice in the media.
-Strategize and translate brand and key messages into compelling stories and thought leadership pieces. Identify media trends, news cycle and spin opportunities.
-Be the advisory for PR to edit press releases, media statements, briefing documents, executives\xe2\x80\x99 presentations, speeches and review key customer facing communications.
-Be the advisor for the Head of Marketing on PR angles that are media-worthy for the business, beyond BAU initiatives.
-Monitor, analyse and measure the performance of PR efforts.
-Strong accountability of delivering against objectives and key results (OKR)
