About your role
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Social Media Manager to join our talented, diverse and growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing social media campaigns across markets and possesses a strong collaborative spirit with other functions in the marketing team. They should be equally proficient with day-to-day social media management and long-term strategy to meet the company's changing needs. Develop creative and engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms and markets.
Plan, schedule, publish, monitor, and optimise social posts and digital marketing campaigns across global platforms including
Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
, etc.
Collaborate with the creative and performance teams to create, refine, and optimise social content.
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as
Google Analytics
and
Facebook insights
.
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
Undertake audience and competitor research and analysis.
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions across the web.
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
Encourage collaboration across teams and departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Journalism
or related study.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
Proficient in English (written and spoken), an additional language (Chinese, Japanese, Malay) is a bonus.
Solid experience carrying out campaigns across a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and
audience outreach
.
Knowledge and understanding of
algorithms
and
search engine optimisation
.
Experience compiling data across social media platforms for weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimisation, and future strategy development.
Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for design.
Ability to handle pressure and work within tight timelines.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of memes, slang and trends - no cap.
