As a result of ongoing and continued successes within Malaysia and regionally, this F&B brand is recruiting for a Social Media Specialist (F&B) job to join their marketing team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Social Media Specialist (F&B) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for leading the digital aspects of the business from PR, social media, content, and customer care across digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and expand social media presence on existing and new platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and another social media platform
• Create engaging and authentic contents to create brand awareness and maintain brand loyalty. Create brand story that reflects the brand\'s identity and continuous building the brand visibility
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and promotions. Plan and strategise digital campaigns
• Utilise performance marketing tools to improve digital campaigns
• Be the lead in PR by managing the media and press releases

To succeed in this Social Media Specialist (F&B) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of marketing mix.

Key Requirements:

• Solid marketing and brand management experience
• Strong in fact-based and quick decision-making - with a balance of analytical abilities and creativity
• Strong in communications, presentations and articulations
• Strong leadership qualities, able to lead for long-term vision as well as short-term results
• Strong people-management skills, able to motivate team members and collaborate well with other departments
