Role Overview:


The Social Media Specialist drives brand presence and engagement across social platforms. The role focuses on content planning, posting, and community interaction aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute monthly content calendars based on campaign and event timelines.

Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce visuals, captions, and short-form content.

Monitor engagement metrics and report performance insights (reach, engagement rate, follower growth).

Manage comments, messages, and community interactions professionally and in brand tone.

Work closely with the marketing team to adapt content for different markets and languages.

Identify viral trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to increase brand exposure.

Support influencer/KOL collaborations by preparing posting schedules, captions, and content review.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media.

1-2 years experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).

Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).

Strong sense of trends and creative engagement style.

Bilingual proficiency (English + one Asian language is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
