Create fun, eye-catching, and original content (videos, images, captions) that resonates with our target audience.
Spot and leverage current social media trends, challenges, and creative formats to keep our brand relevant and ahead of competitors
Manage and grow TikTok and Shopee accounts by planning, scheduling, and publishing daily posts.
Engage actively with followers -- respond to comments, messages, and feedback to build a strong online community.
Ensure consistent brand tone, voice, and aesthetics across all digital touchpoints.
Work closely with the marketing team and retail outlets to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners to enhance campaign impact and reach.
Take ownership of assigned campaigns, from ideation to implementation.
Track, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics (followers, engagement, conversions, etc.).
Use insights to improve content quality, posting strategies, and audience engagement.
Provide regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve results.
Stay updated on competitor activities, industry developments, and platform updates.
Continuously propose fresh, bold, and creative ideas to make every campaign more engaging and effective.
