Social Media Specialist - BRUNO DIVISION This exciting career opportunity involves working with Bruno, a well-known Japanese brand behind some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most innovative kitchenware technology. We are looking for the ideal candidate to help grow Bruno\xe2\x80\x99s digital presence and e-commerce platform in Malaysia. Are you a highly-motivated and creative critical thinker with a love for marketing communications on digital platforms? Can you grasp big-picture concepts without losing sight of how the smaller details contribute to the greater story? In this role, you will work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager in executing a variety of digital marketing campaigns and strategies. You will also work to assist other departments (including but not limited to Offline Marketing, E-Commerce, PR, Retail, Sales, and Finance) in digital marketing matters whenever necessary. Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or related fields \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar role \xe2\x97\x8f Strongly understands the usage of mechanics of social media including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok \xe2\x97\x8f Stays current on digital storytelling best practices and emerging trends \xe2\x97\x8f Skilful in filming video content such as Reels \xe2\x97\x8f Have an eye for design to curate high quality digital content \xe2\x97\x8f An excellent command of written and verbal English, fluent in written Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x97\x8f Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills \xe2\x97\x8f Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly-organised \xe2\x97\x8f Able to work on multiple projects with concurrent deadlines and deliver work to high standards \xe2\x97\x8f A positive and highly-motivated self-starter, driven with the desire to continuously learn, improve, and grow \xe2\x97\x8f An agile and independent worker who also has collaborative teamwork skills, with minimal need for supervision \xe2\x97\x8f A fast learner, receptive to constructive feedback and always eager to improve \xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with digital design tools (Canva and/ or Adobe CS) are a plus Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Develop social media content plans that are consistent with BRUNO brand identity \xe2\x97\x8f Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns \xe2\x97\x8f Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and execute social media campaigns \xe2\x97\x8f Track and monitor the performance of Facebook & Instagram content, gaining insights and assessing against goals \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance report on all social media content postings \xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the graphic designer develop visual assets in line with BRUNO brand identity \xe2\x97\x8f Perform other duties when needed Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
