As a Social Media Support, you are require to understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and voice call and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel. Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied. Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner by following processes in place. Role: Social Media Support Location: KL Sentral Rotational Shift: work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays) Budget: RM 3700 to RM 4500 (Depends on experience) Qualifications Diploma & Degree fresh graduate are welcome to apply or SPM minimum 1 years Customer Service experience Someone that able to speak good Mandarin are only open to apply Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays) Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media Good typing skills and problem solving skills
