What You'll Be Doing

Edit

short-form, ad-style videos

for TikTok, Reels, and Facebook ads Mix and match UGC clips, product shots, voiceovers, and captions into engaging scroll-stoppers Collaborate with our creative strategist to test

multiple hooks and variations

-- yes, you'll see your work perform in real campaigns Use (or learn to use)

AI tools

for ideation, voiceovers, motion tracking, sound sync, and faster editing workflows Stay ahead of

social trends

and suggest new creative angles for our products
You're a Great Fit If You:

Can spot patterns in trending ads, identify whythey work, and replicate that magic Are fluent in

CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Understand pacing, flow, and how to keep viewer retention high Like testing, learning, and improving your edits based on performance data Are curious, hungry, and open to exploring

AI for creative advantage
