Responsibilities:

• Work in a high-performing, agile software delivery team
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development and technologies - UiPath, Microsoft Power Platforms
• Automate processes on UiPath (Primary software tool) or Power Platform to produce high-quality code that can function with existing code, patterns, and architectural techniques
• Collaborate with various teams to analyze collected requirements, translate them into programming solutions, and ensure that identified solutions meet business needs and expectations
• Design systems that are effective in production environments and are easy to maintain
• Develop reusable components and frameworks. Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, web services and enterprise systems.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshooting of process automation programs
• Provide production support to resolve the RPA production issue
• Evaluating existing automation and performing optimization and modifications
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Active participation in team agile development practices
• Promote modern software engineering practices
• Keep your skills up to date and always be looking for continuous improvement

Requirements
1. Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, specifically with UiPath Studio, UiPath Unattended Bots, and Orchestrator, as well as Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong background as a Software Developer, with solid knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C, C#, VB.Net, and experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Good understanding of databases, particularly MS SQL Server and related concepts.
• Proven ability to work effectively within both technical and non-technical teams, contributing ideas to architectural discussions and working collaboratively in Agile software development environments.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong desire to continuously learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

2. Skills & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of three-layer architecture and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Power Platform suite (Power Pages, Copilot Studio) and familiarity with .NET platform and web technologies such as ASP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and PHP is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of SQL best practices and query optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of diverse web technologies, techniques, and cloud infrastructure is an advantage.Ability to engage in technical discussions and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

3. Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• UiPath certifications such as Automation Developer Associate Certification are required; Advanced RPA Developer certification is preferred.
