Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive review of existing software assets, licenses, and entitlements.
Ensure compliance with vendor licensing terms and corporate IT policies.
Assist in reconciling software inventory against procurement and deployment records.
Support audits by gathering, validating, and presenting relevant software asset data.
Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams to verify software usage and entitlements.
Prepare accurate software asset and compliance reports for management review.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, optimization, and license reuse.
Document processes, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
Provide short-term advisory support on SAM best practices and governance controls.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

3-5 years
of hands-on experience in
Software Asset Management (SAM)
, IT asset management, or software licensing.
Strong understanding of
software licensing models
(Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.).
Experience using
SAM or ITAM tools
(e.g., ServiceNow, Snow, Flexera, Lansweeper).
Solid analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
