• The Software Business Owner covers at least one product line implemented by a value stream (e.g. ART, solution, classic/hybrid organization).
• Software Business Owner understands the organizational strategy, vision and roadmap to align the portfolio, value streams, teams and budgets to achieve the
• desired business outcomes. The area of responsibility for the Software Business Owner: Has the business and technical responsibility for governance, compliance, and return of investment (ROI) for the products and solutions being developed.
• Participates in planning, removes impediments, and speaks on behalf of the development organization, the business, and the customers.
• Coordinates the effort with other departments and organizations toward the achievement of the business goals.
• Provides vision and mission for the team, assigning business value to the development goals and evaluating their achievement.
• Responsible for operational excellence and business outcomes
• Is the highest authority of escalation for a product or solution being developed from a customer/stakeholder perspective

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or automotive environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in technical and disciplinary leadership experience on different levels.
• Minimum experience of 4 years in roles as a servant leader, project manager, technical leader or lead developer.
• Have relevant experience working in agile, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a role with strategic responsibility.
• Excellent communication, analytical capability and interpersonal skills.
