The Software Coordinator intern is responsible for managing and coordinating fan selection program related activities across departments, including updates, maintenance, training and user support. This role serves as a liaison between FSP users and IT teams to ensure smooth operation and optimal usage of FSP. Internal team will provide relevant exposure and train the intern to perform his/her role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Coordinate with the engineering and product development team for the latest product updates.
For new product launch, update FSP with necessary information like performance curves, power curves, sound data, drawings, fan and motor data.
Assist with FSP rollouts/updates and training manual after any new product updates.
Make sure all the information on FSP is upto date.
Coordinate with sales team to upload and maintain product costing on FSP.
Serve as the primary point of contact for fan selection program related issues, coordinating with internal teams and customers to resolve the issues.
Assist with FSP training to internal teams and customers.
Assist in upgrading data from an existing Customer Database to immediate linkage with the Selection Program and ERP.
Collaborate with IT, sales & engineering teams to assess software needs and recommend solutions.
Monitor fan selection program performance and user feedback to support continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Skills:
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Working knowledge of software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, cloud-based tools).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
