• Ensure efficient and quality resolution of critical incidents with the Managed Services Partner.
• Supervise Managed Services Partner for stable, efficient, and available IT Services.
• Implement best practices for applications or solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Managed Services Partner to achieve business goals.
• Represent Celcomdigi in group initiatives, projects, and benchmarking.
• Authorize, approve, and govern solution implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sourcing for prudent spending on CAPEX and OPEX.
• Lead Managed Services Partner in prompt critical incident resolution.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and ensure permanent resolution.
• Enforce IT and security policies with the Managed Services Provider for compliance.
• Act as the Control owner, ensuring compliance during audits.
• Instill an exploration mindset for continual transformation and IT capability uplift.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in the relevant field.
• Domain Knowledge:

• Middleware & Enterprise Service Bus.
• Order Management and API Integration.
• Digital Touchpoint & Channel.
• E-Commerce Product & Pricing.
• Technical Expertise:

• Integration Technologies (Redhat Fuse ESB, PAM, OFM).
• Mobile Application development (ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS).
• Content Management (Drupal, Magento, PHP).
• VBScript, JavaScript, Java, Linux, DB (Postgres, Oracle & MYSQL).
• Cloud and Tools:

• AWS or Cloud services.
• Proficient in Jira, Dynatrace, Google Analytics.
• Basic UNIX scripting, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, Java, REST, SOAP.
